As providers of housing across the country, the employees of Ravinia Communities are always striving to improve the quality of life for our residents. Ravinia Cares organizes periodic community events to provide our residents with household items, toys and clothes for free. These items are made available to our residents at a family events which typically include music, food and games at our various communities. Ravinia Cares is our way of showing our residents how much they mean to us.

It was such a glorious day — one of those days when everything came
together. This is our way of saying “thank you” for choosing to live at Cambridge Courts. Management knows that everything and everyday begins and ends at home, and we’re not only happy that you selected us to manage where you live — perhaps to raise a family or retire — but honored you have chosen our community to call “home.”
On Saturday July 24th, the residents of Cambridge Court and the management team enjoyed hot sun, a DJ spinning music, playing games, and kids running with laughter and joy. Tents, tables, wine, free food and shopping, fun raffle prizes, and complimentary cold water put all the adults in good spirits with smiles.
Nothing is better for Ravinia Communities than to see a community celebrate the beauty and simplicity of manufactured home living. This event, like other similar events, was not just because of management’s hard work, but rather, because of the volunteers and their children,
management and their children, the sponsors, the donors, and even friends and family from leadership that donated lightly used items. It was a fantastic circle of giving and grateful receiving.
This day at a Cambridge Courts was similar to the other Ravinia Care Family Days hosted at our other manufactured home communities located around the country. In total, we have helped over 500 of our resident families receive free slightly used furniture, clothes and toys. A big thank you to over 20 sponsors and donors that help makes these events possible.
